· If we cancel a prepaid order from our side, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

We do not store your complete debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, or banking credentials.
Shipping & Delivery

· Once the order has been handed over to the courier partner, delays beyond our control cannot be guaranteed.
· Customers are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and contact number.
Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
Returns are accepted only for:
· Products received in damaged condition.
· Wrong products delivered.
· Manufacturing defects.
A complete unboxing video is mandatory for all damage or incorrect product claims.
Requests made without a valid unboxing video may not be approved.

Missed Delivery
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unavailability, refusal to accept the delivery, or failure to respond to the courier partner:
- Prepaid Orders: We can re-ship your order upon request. Additional shipping charges may apply and must be paid in advance.

COD Orders: We can re-ship your order only after the order amount and applicable re-shipping charges are paid in advance. Additional handling charges may also apply.
WearInWatchCrafts reserves the right to decline repeated re-shipment requests due to multiple failed delivery attempts.
