Order Processing

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after confirmation.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are generally delivered within 3–5 business days.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier partner availability, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: ₹80 shipping charge.
Cash on Delivery (COD): ₹130 shipping charge.

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before you place your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive the courier partner details and tracking ID. You can use the tracking information to monitor your shipment until it is delivered. Tracking details may be shared via email, SMS, WhatsApp, or your order confirmation page, depending on availability.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier partner will attempt delivery as per their standard policy. If the delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address, customer unavailability, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to us. Delivery Delays

While we make every effort to deliver your order on time, delays caused by courier partners, weather conditions, natural disasters, public holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
